Are your diamonds certified?

How are your prices so much lower than traditional retailers?
Traditional jewelers mark up diamonds 200-300% to cover showroom costs, sales commissions, and marketing. We don't have those expenses. We connect you directly with wholesale sources, passing the savings to you. That's why the same GIA-certified diamond costs 40-60% less.
Can I see the diamonds in person?
We operate primarily online to keep costs low, but we do offer appointments at our New York location for serious buyers. However, with GIA certification, you can be confident in the exact quality you're purchasing—it's independently verified.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all loose diamonds in their original condition. The diamond must be unset and accompanied by the original GIA certificate.
Is financing available?

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days via insured, signature-required delivery. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. All shipping is fully insured at no additional cost.
What if I find the same diamond cheaper elsewhere?
We offer a price match guarantee. If you find an identical GIA-certified diamond (same certificate number) for less, we'll match that price. However, you'll rarely find lower prices than our wholesale pricing.
Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?
No, we exclusively focus on natural, GIA-certified diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds have their place, but our mission is helping you save money on natural diamonds that retain long-term value.
Can you help me choose a setting?
Absolutely! We can recommend trusted jewelers who will create custom settings for your diamond, or we can connect you with our network of setting partners. Many customers save by purchasing the diamond from us and having a local jeweler create the setting.
What's included in your lifetime warranty?
Our lifetime warranty covers the diamond's authenticity and GIA certification. If your diamond's grading is ever found to be inaccurate, we'll make it right. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
Every diamond comes with an official GIA certificate that you can verify independently on GIA's website. The GIA number is also laser-inscribed on the diamond's girdle. You're protected by the same certification process that traditional retailers use—just without their markup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. For security, we do not accept cash or personal checks for orders over $5,000.
